The Thrive Leadership Growth Teams are designed to bring together small groups of leaders who are at similar professional levels, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. The goal of Growth Teams is to empower leaders to strengthen individuals, teams, companies and the communities we serve. Over the course of six sessions, participants engage in meaningful discussions on various leadership topics, with a shared focus on both personal and professional growth, thriving, and flourishing.

THREE LEADERSHIP LEVELS

  1. EMERGING LEADERS: For those who aren’t managing a large team yet, but want to grow in their leadership.

  1. ESTABLISHED LEADERS: For those with leadership & management experience, leading departments or groups.

  1. EXECUTIVE LEADERS: C-suite leaders paired with others at similar organizational size/influence level.

The first 6-session cycle will begin April 2025
