HOW WE DO IT

We coordinate care throughout Ellis County, across all sectors and various social issues. Through streamlined communication and our network teams, we are able to connect individuals and families in need to people and organizations who can meet that need. 

Through a holistic and relational infrastructure, we seek to inform, connect, and equip Ellis County partners to care for their people and communities, empowering them to maximize collaborative efforts.

CarePortal is a software piloted in one of our Ellis County cities in 2023, which is an online platform that connects a network of caring people to meet the needs of kids and families in crisis. We are now working to roll it out across the county.
